What does an image cost?

From 3¢ with Flux 2 Pro up to 21¢ for GPT Image 2 at high quality, with Nano Banana, Flux 2 Max and Grok Image at 7¢ and Nano Banana Pro and GPT Image 1.5 at 13¢. Your AI reads the exact price from the provider before it pays.

Do I need a provider account?

No. You need one TaskFuel account and one prepaid balance. TaskFuel pays the provider and bills your balance, so there is no OpenAI, Google or xAI account to open and no key to keep in your project.

Which model should I use?

Flux 2 Pro for drafts and placeholders, because at 3¢ you can iterate freely. Nano Banana Pro when the image ships and has to render text correctly. GPT Image 2 when you want the strongest default and do not mind it taking longer.

Can it edit an image I already have?

Yes. Every image model has a matching edit endpoint, so your AI can recolour, replace a background or restyle an existing asset rather than starting again.

Can I generate video too?

Yes, from the same balance. Sora 2 from 40¢, Seedance 2 Fast from 84¢ and Veo 3.1 Fast from $1.00, plus Sora 2 Pro, Veo 3.1, Seedance 2 Pro, Wan 2.6 and Grok Video.

Can I use the output commercially?

Usage rights come from the model provider, not from TaskFuel. Check the terms for the model you generated with before you publish anything.
