What does an email cost?

2¢ from the shared relay address, or 0.5¢ once you have your own inbox or subdomain. Your AI reads the exact price from the provider before it pays, so the number in the conversation is always the current one.

Do I need a sending provider account?

No. You need one TaskFuel account and one prepaid balance. There is no SMTP server to configure, no API key to store and no domain to verify. TaskFuel pays the provider and bills your balance.

What address does the email come from?

By default, StableEmail's shared relay address. You can set your own reply-to on any send so answers reach you. If you want mail to go out from an address of your own, buy an inbox for $1 or a subdomain for $5.

Can my agent receive replies?

Yes, with an inbox. Forward it to a mailbox you already read, or leave it programmatic: your agent lists and reads messages for a tenth of a cent each. Message content and attachments stay available for 90 days.

Can I send attachments?

Up to five per email. Each one carries a filename and a content type, so a PDF, a CSV or an image all work.

Will it end up in spam?

Deliverability is the provider's to manage, not TaskFuel's. Mail from the shared relay is sent alongside everyone else's; a subdomain of your own gives you a sending identity that is only yours.

What if a send fails?

A failed result does not debit your TaskFuel balance.
