Good Questions.

How can I find an email address by name and company?

Give your connected agent the person's name and company domain, or the company name if you don't know the domain. Ask it to use Hunter's email finder through TaskFuel and show the quote before spending.

Do I need a Hunter account?

No. You need a TaskFuel account, a prepaid balance and a connected agent. TaskFuel handles provider access through Locus. This page is a guide, not a free anonymous email-search form.

What does the email finder cost?

On September 21, 2026, a lookup quoted $0.013 (1.3¢). A separate verification quoted $0.008 (0.8¢). Ask for a fresh quote before spending. Calls use your prepaid balance; no TaskFuel subscription is required.

Is a matching email address guaranteed?

No. A lookup may return no address, or a likely match that still needs review. Check the person and company before using it. A successful request can be charged even when it returns no useful match.

Is finding an email the same as verifying it?

Finding looks for an address; verification checks one. Hunter's finder can include verification data, but Email Verifier is a separate request for an address you supply. Unknown or catch-all results are not confirmed valid mailboxes. Neither guarantees inbox delivery.

Which identifiers does the email finder accept?

Use a full name, or separate first and last names, with a company domain or company name. A LinkedIn handle is also supported as an alternative. A domain avoids ambiguity between companies with similar names.

Can it access private inboxes or protected profiles?

No. It looks up work email addresses using data Hunter can make available. A result may be inferred rather than found on a public page. It does not open inboxes or bypass profile access controls.

Can I use it for a contact list?

Your agent can make a separate lookup for each person. Review the quoted cost before running a list, and approve sending contact data to Hunter through Locus. Finding an address does not send a message.

Your agent can do things it couldn’t this morning.
