Good Questions.

Do I need a crypto wallet?

No. Sign in with Google or GitHub and top up by card. TaskFuel pays the providers over x402 and MPP.

Which agents work with it?

ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, Codex and other agents that support skills and MCP servers. Install the TaskFuel skill with npx skills add taskfuel/skills.

How fresh is the data?

Each call returns what the provider has at that moment. Polymarket odds refresh every 5 minutes and the headline feed every hour. It is not built for tick-by-tick trading.

What happens if a call fails?

If the provider returns an error with status 400 or higher, your balance is not charged.

Can I set a spending limit?

Not yet. Every call is capped at $10, and spend can never go above your balance.

Is this investment advice?

No. The data says what happened and what the market prices in. What you do with it is your call.

What does TaskFuel store?

The provider domain, the path and the amount. Never the request body. A paid response is kept for one hour so your agent can fetch it again if the connection drops, then deleted.

Your agent can check the market before you open the chart.
